Aqua Irrigation and Agri inputs (AQUA-AGRO) ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days from the ordered date. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 1~3  business days of shipping for order weight less than 5 kilogram and 3~10 business days of shipping for order weight more than 5 kilogram (usually classified as bulky or high volume products as per standard shipping policies) 

Business days exclude Sundays and other holidays. For other areas the products will be shipped through transport services and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Aqua Irrigation and Agri inputs (AQUA-AGRO) is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Aqua Irrigation and Agri inputs (AQUA-AGRO) continuously strives to curb such instances.

RETURN POLICY -

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns / exchange

But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of the order

Wrong products delivered
Missing products in the order
Damaged products delivered
Expired products delivered
Products in any of the above case shall be reported and returned with proper photographic evidence. Product should be returned in unused and  its original packing.

You can raise a request for replacement  by mail on info@aqua-agro.com.  Our customer happiness executives might ask for additional information to analyze and ascertain before processing the request for replacement.

REFUNDS POLICY -

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund. It might take up to 15 days in some unexpected cases.
